Bachelor’ s Degree
10 years overall HR experience and 4 years supporting a manufacturing plant or distribution center
Union environment experience is required
Experience in a broad range of HR Generalist functions: recruiting and onboarding, employee benefits, employee relations, employee development and performance management, retention and succession planning, training, payroll, time and attendance, FMLA, ADA,
HRIS, ATS and HCM systems
HR certifications - PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP are desirable.
Employee Relations, Full-cycle Recruitment, Onboarding; Training and Coaching Hiring Managers, Performance Management and Development, Employee Relations, Retention, Employee Benefits including knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Compliance, Auditing and Reporting.
Must be available to travel to plants across the US. First year travel is anticipated to be 25-35%. Travel should reduce as of year 2.
