Responsible for attracting top talent into the company through use of social media & digital ads. Responsible for full cycle recruitment to include: advertisements, sourcing, screening/interviewing, onboarding. Partner with schools to represent the company and promote educational opportunities to students. Execute a strategic recruiting plan to attract qualified talent.


  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video) via different Social Media platforms regarding open vacancies within the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments ensure a proper response to reviews on social platforms like Facebook, Indeed and Glassdoor and assist with agency presence on those platforms
  • Develop and utilize effective sourcing strategies using online social media networking, job boards, community-based employment groups, cold calling, local media sources, and attending events.
  • Attend events and shows including the setup, clean up, shipping back of materials, and manning the booth or table to meet and engage candidates while maintaining consistent branding efforts.


  • Minimum of two (2) years recruiting experience for social media required; digital ad experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of staffing experience in healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing.
  • Ability to travel to schools and events to speak with candidates.
  • Experience with M/S office products including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Current and valid drivers’ license and car insurance.
