You will drive sales growth, meet quarterly sales quotas, handle new account development and onboarding, execute various sales programs and promotions, and manage detailed account planning and scheduling in our CRM system.

They have created a generous base salary and commission plan that rewards drive, goal attainment, and strong sales efforts. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Determine customer needs by analyzing market demographics, past purchases, SKU performance and store business goals
  • Increase account business by upselling, cross-selling, etc.
  • Build rapport with customers to provide world class service
  • Meet or exceed all sales goals set for territory including new account activation
  • Develop and focus activities to achieve annual sales plan

Qualifications and Skills
  • BA/BS preferred, 1-2 years of inside sales experience with telemarketing
  • Must be comfortable and confident in a fast paced, highly transactional environment with quick turnaround expectations
  • Customer focused and dedication to a mutually beneficial relationship
  • Good organizational skills working with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Positive, growth mindset - Success is your middle name
