Inside Sales Rep (ISR) - Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for placing outbound B2B phone calls to generate new leads and nurtures exiting ones, as well as following up via phone and email with warm B2B leads to drive profitable sales activity on multiple product lines. The ISR works in a team, supporting and partnering with Product Managers and Account to develop and grow their territory.

Our client offers excellent income potential of 50-65K first year (base and commission) and well as excellent benefit package and career development options.

ROLE:

Make outbound customer/prospect calls (80/day) to medical offices to promote preventive products. Acquire new customers and reactivate lost customers.

Manage multiple customer lists and CRM system. Obtain and enter data while speaking with prospects or customers.

Use a personable, relationship-building approach and consultative selling techniques to close sales with warm leads.

Confidently deliver product sales messages to close sales with prospects/customers.

Complete phone and email follow-ups in an accurately and timely manner

Partner with Product Managers or Account Managers to share customer feedback to enhance or modify promotional or lead generation initiatives

Meet assigned KPI’ s, including calls per day, emails per day, percent of customer leads converted, percent of quality conversations (where data is collected even if a sale isn’ t completed)

Track promotions; assist in compiling and/or reviewing customer, product and sales data

Participate in market and customer-facing events, such as tradeshows, clinical and school visits, or key customer visits as needed

Contribute efforts to develop and document processes, procedures, and best practices relating to the completion of assigned duties within the scope of the ISR job so they can be improved or to train others

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of sales experience or 1 or more sales Internships, preferable in a high-volume, outbound-calling environment

Prior sales training in selling and closing techniques is a plus

Basic customer/list management

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, especially via the phone

Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate

Quickly establish customer relationships in order to close sales

Strong time management and organizational skills with superior attention to detail

Computer/technical skills, including: intermediate MS Office Suites (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems

High School Diploma required; Associate’ s or Bachelor’ s degree desired or equivalent experience
