The HR Business Partner (HRBP) builds strong, collaborative relationships to effect change and align HR functions with strategic business objectives. Acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Communicates needs proactively across the HR function and business leaders. Utilizes best in class HR practices to develop integrated solutions that deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
8 to 10+ years of HR experience with 5 years in an HRBP capacity, preferably in a company with multi-state operations. Demonstrates a depth and breadth of business and HR knowledge. Bachelor’ s degree and PHR or SPHR add to HRBP’ s credentials. Ability to travel domestically may be required from time to time.
This is a contract to hire role in the near western suburbs of Chicago. This is an on-site role, remote or virtual work is not available.
