Answer customer phone calls and respond to customer emails.
Efficiently handle incoming and outbound phone calls and communications to assist customers in placing orders and resolving issues via phone, websites, email, fax, mail, and voicemail.
Enter orders into the Order Entry system and QuickBooks
Contact shipping vendors to obtain freight quotes
Process vendor and shipping invoices
Resourceful in finding answers with little supervision.
Logging and documenting issues and resolutions.
Communicate issues in a timely manner, across the organization.
Support other team members and management
