Contract Recruiter - Interview now for a Jan 1 2019 start – 6 months to multi-year potential
Full life cycle contract recruiter with experience in recruiting in-demand candidates for IT, Marketing, Administrations, Operations and other corporate roles. On-site, 5 days a week in the Oakbrook, IL area. This is NOT a virtual role.
- Work with hiring managers to create/update job descriptions, identify key requirements and screening tools for qualifying candidates.
- Develop sourcing strategies, pipelining strategies and plans to attract and engage top talent for current and near-future requirements
- Conduct detailed and extensive searches to recruit and hire top talent for mission-critical positions
- Manage all related, recruiting activities to fulfill 10-15 requisitions on an on-going basis
- 5+ years of full life cycle corporate recruiting
- Strong sourcing, pipelining and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to handle a req load of 10-12+ difficult searches simultaneously
- Experience recruiting for IT, Marketing, Accounting, Administration, Operations and other business disciplines
- On-site, 5 days a week in the Oakbrook, IL area. This is NOT a virtual role.
- Bachelor’ s degree preferred
