We have an on-going Part-time Compensation Consulting assignment with our client.  24-30 hours per week with potentially 1 day of work from home after training.  The other days/hours must be on-site. If you want to work a consistent 30 hours per week, you may be benefits-eligible. If you desire or need some flexibility in your schedule or are looking for better work-life balance, this could be perfect for you.

 

 

Experience required:

Human Resources experience with solid Compensation Analyst or Specialist role at some point during your career, even if it is not current right now. 

In this role you will:

perform compensation analysis, compensation and wage structure analysis, job analysis, benchmarking, job grading and classifying for existing employees, promotions, and new hires. Experience with merit review cycles is highly desired.

BS in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting and CCP, CEBS, PHR or SPHR preferred.

Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems

Strong math and analytical skills

Special projects as needed.
