NOTE: This is position entails managing sales staff between the Chicago area and Milwaukee. You are expected to live somewhere within a commutable distance of either of these metro areas with reasonable access to both cities. It is not remote position. Relocation back to these areas is a possibility if you have roots from school or family
Primary Job Responsibilities of the Regional Manager will be to grow IT staffing and solution revenue and client base through personal sales as well as by leading and directing a multi-state sales staff.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have previous experience selling IT Services and managing the sales success of multiple locations and multiple sales people. The ideal candidate should also be able to remotely supervise and motivate a team of sales people toward achieving their sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications, mentoring and leadership skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a strategic mindset.
