Our client, a leader in recruiting and outsourced candidate sourcing in the US, is adding a dynamic Sales Manager to their team.  We are searching for a self-starter with experience selling RPO, BPO or HR technology services to corporate talent acquisition leaders or the staffing industry. Demand for outsourced candidate services has never been greater than in this very active job market. In this role, you will manage and grow your own clients to generate new and repeat business as well as coach and mentor a growing team.  Generous base salary, uncapped commissions and benefits. West Loop/Chicago territory. Relocation assistance is budgeted.   


  • 5+ years of B2B, corp-to-corp sales of intangibles or services and
  • 2+ years of strong, grooming and growing, sales management experience in recruitment or search or contract recruiting services, HR solution sales, VMS, MSP or sales of any outsourced consulting services.
  • Demonstrated success developing clientele of staffing companies that need outsourced candidate sourcing is desired. 
  • Previous RPO or BPO experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn new services and concepts and present them effectively to TA and HR  executives and business owners.
  • Flexibility to shift directions with changing priorities while remaining accountable to meet and exceed deadlines and goals.
  • Ability to travel and attend occasional trade shows as needed.  This is not a road warrior role.
