Our packaging client near Countryside, IL, is hiring a Payroll Administrator. This is a growing company that is expanding its operations in the Mid-west. This is a permanent, hourly position with high growth potential. Contract to perm.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer Time and Attendance and process payroll for about 500 employees in a few Mid-west states
  • Act as liaison and "go-to" person for employees needs and questions regarding time, payroll, benefit costs, eligibility for PTO, etc.
  • Maintain personnel files and employee records in ADP Workforce NOW
  • Run various reports in ADP Workforce NOW and Excel.
  • Special Projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Multi-State payroll experience is required.
  • 1+ years of current/recent ADP Workforce NOW payroll administration experience is required.
  • Experience with FMLA and PTO compliance and eligibility rules is desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) experience
  • Basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen
  • Payroll and HR-related experience in a small Corporate environment with 200-500 employees.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.
