Our packaging client near Countryside, IL, is hiring a Payroll Administrator. This is a growing company that is expanding its operations in the Mid-west. This is a permanent, hourly position with high growth potential. Contract to perm.
Administer Time and Attendance and process payroll for about 500 employees in a few Mid-west states
Act as liaison and "go-to" person for employees needs and questions regarding time, payroll, benefit costs, eligibility for PTO, etc.
Maintain personnel files and employee records in ADP Workforce NOW
Run various reports in ADP Workforce NOW and Excel.
Special Projects as assigned
3+ years of Multi-State payroll experience is required.
1+ years of current/recent ADP Workforce NOW payroll administration experience is required.
Experience with FMLA and PTO compliance and eligibility rules is desirable
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) experience
Basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen
Payroll and HR-related experience in a small Corporate environment with 200-500 employees.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.
