We are conducting a search for a dynamic Customer Success Tech for our growing software client in downtown Chicago.  They are specifically looking for someone with 3+ years of Enterprise technical support or help desk experience, preferably with a web-based software product.

  • 3+ years of Help Desk, Technical Support or Customer Success experience in a web-based technology or recruiting industry working with Enterprise customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Technical troubleshooting experience
  • Superior written and documentation skills
  • Excellent listening, problem solving and follow-through skills  
  • Project Management, Analytical and Multi-tasking abilities
  • Proven experience exceeding customer expectations    
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • SalesForce CRM experience is preferred
