Work closely with sales management to assist in plan design, analysis and administration of client employee benefits programs.
Build strategies, set priorities and expectations with internal management teams.
Develop strong client relationships. Assist in a wide range of activities to maintain and grow client accounts.
Demonstrate strong customer focus with a dedication to delivering excellent service.
Actively take part in a wide variety of duties that include client account management, client communications, research, presentations, benefit documentation, uploading documents to client websites, financial analysis, and other related responsibilities.
Bachelor’ s Degree
Experience in benefits plan design and administration within a corporate human resources, benefits department, benefits consulting firm or insurance broker environment.
Account management or client/customer interfacing (internal or external) experience.
Advanced skills using MS Office Suites: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
Strong math and logic
Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Insurance brokers license (if not current, one will be required within a few months)
